5 Star for it's function when it works. 1 star for durability and inability to purchase replacement parts. Loved this roller. Made making homemade ravioli a dream. Used it about 5 times. Went to use it last night and the rollers wouldn't move. Worked perfectly the last time we used it. After inspection the stud that drives the rollers had sheared cleanly off. I expect more from the Kitchenaid Brand, especially for the price of the item. Is there a way to replace just this part?

Rated 5 out of 5by Sandra the novice Great for Pasta Making
I took a pasta making class where we tried using rolling pins, then hand cranked pasta rollers. A couple months later, I was given the Kitchenaid pasta roller. So wonderful for making pasta! It doesn't require a second person and it thins out the dough evenly and beautifully.

Rated 5 out of 5by Cooking2gether Love, Love, Love This Item
We bought this product as an addition to the pasta press we already owned. This pasta roller has added another level of versatility to our pasta making. We have used it to make lasagna sheets, pappardelle, fettuccine, bow ties, and ravioli. Definitely a great addition to any kitchen for those who enjoy making their own pasta.

Rated 4 out of 5by Awarsoca Great But...
I received this as a gift this year. The first two times it was used it worked great but when we went to use it last week, it would not work. It attached just fine but the shaft must be broken because the rollers do not turn. You can hear something rattling inside if you turn it up and down. For an attachment this pricey, and for a brand this reputable, I would have expected better
